Pete Montana has been a dedicated member of the Tree Care Enterprises team since 1987, when he first joined during the summer before his senior year of high school. He came on full time in 1988 and has been a constant presence in the tree department ever since.
Over the years, Pete has served as both a crew leader and General Foreman, developing a depth of experience that's hard to match. Having spent decades working in the Rockford area, he has seen just about every scenario the tree care business can present. He is an ISA Certified Arborist and brings a practical, field-tested perspective to every job.
Pete is known for his relentless work ethic and steady leadership. He is a strong advocate for the production crews, always pushing to ensure they have the right equipment, the right support, and the safest possible working conditions. His commitment to both people and process has made him a trusted voice within the company.
