This is a transactional, service-related SMS program. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

What kinds of messages we send

When you opt in, you'll receive text messages from Tree Care Enterprises related to a service request you've initiated, including:

Appointment confirmations
Appointment reminders
Crew arrival notifications (when we're on the way)
Job status updates while work is in progress
Estimate follow-ups
Invoice and payment reminders

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this SMS program.

By submitting our website estimate request form and providing your phone number with the SMS opt-in box checked
In person at the time of service, via your signed service agreement
Verbally when scheduling an appointment by phone

By providing your phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Tree Care Enterprises related to your service. You are not required to consent as a condition of any purchase.

When you opt in via our website form, we record the timestamp and the consent language displayed at the time of your submission. For verbal consent during phone scheduling, we record the date and time of consent in our customer notes. You may request a copy of your consent record at any time by contacting us at info@treecareenterprises.com.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

Your consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase services from Tree Care Enterprises. If you prefer not to receive SMS, you can request services by calling us directly at (815) 965-5757 or emailing info@treecareenterprises.com.
