Jeremy Montana has been a part of Tree Care Enterprises since 2003, when he joined the company right out of high school, following in the footsteps of his uncle, Pete Montana. From the start, Jeremy built his reputation through hard work, consistency, and a willingness to learn every aspect of the business.
He developed into an exceptional climber and a natural leader in the field, ultimately taking on a key role in overseeing operations within the tree department. Known for his ability to connect with both crews and customers, Jeremy earned the trust of those around him through his steady leadership and hands-on experience.
With a long-standing interest in the sales side of the business, Jeremy recently transitioned into a Sales Arborist role. His deep operational background gives him a unique perspective, allowing him to provide practical, well-informed recommendations to customers — and he is already excelling in his new position.
